Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or registering for classes at Elite Elevation Tumbling & Gymnastics. By accessing our site or submitting a registration, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Elite Elevation Tumbling & Gymnastics is a tumbling and gymnastics gym located at 451 Deseret Dr Suite 5, Kaysville, UT 84037. We offer group classes, private instruction, and other programs for students of all ages and skill levels.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Classes are open to participants who meet the age and skill requirements for the specific program. Parents or legal guardians must complete registration on behalf of minors.

By registering, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate and current

You are the parent or legal guardian of any minor being enrolled

You have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your child

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Fees and Payment

All class fees are listed on our website or communicated during the registration process. By completing registration, you authorize payment for the selected classes.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Jackrabbit Class, our registration platform. All accounts are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file and enrolled in auto-draft. Monthly tuition will be automatically charged on the 25th of each month. By submitting registration, you authorize Elite Elevation to charge your card on file on this schedule.

Registration Fees

A registration fee is due at the time of sign-up for each enrollment period. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We do not offer tuition refunds or discounts. All tuition payments are final. If a student withdraws mid-month, no refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for that billing period.

Late Payments

If a scheduled auto-draft payment fails, a $15.00 late fee will be applied to the account. Any account that remains unpaid for 30 or more days past the original due date will result in the student being dropped from class. Re-enrollment will require all outstanding balances and fees to be paid in full.

4. Cancellations and Withdrawals

To withdraw from a class, you must notify Elite Elevation in writing prior to the next billing cycle on the 25th. Withdrawals submitted after the 25th will not prevent the upcoming charge. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon withdrawal.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or circumstances outside our control. In these cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a makeup class or credit where applicable.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in gymnastics and tumbling involves inherent physical risks, including the possibility of injury. By enrolling your child or yourself in classes at Elite Elevation, you voluntarily acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Elite Elevation Tumbling & Gymnastics, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during class, on the premises, or in connection with our programs - except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Parents and guardians agree that they are responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate and that any relevant health conditions or limitations are disclosed to us before enrollment.

6. Conduct and Facility Rules

We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for all students, families, and staff. By enrolling, you agree that participants will:

Follow all instructor directions and safety guidelines

Dress appropriately for class (athletic wear, no jewelry, hair pulled back)

Remain in designated areas during class time

Treat other students, parents, and staff with respect

Elite Elevation reserves the right to remove any participant from class or cancel a family's enrollment for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others. No refund will be issued in these cases.

7. Photography and Media

Elite Elevation Tumbling & Gymnastics photographs and videos students during classes and events. This content may be used for marketing purposes, including posts on our Instagram account (@eliteelevationtumbling) and other social media platforms.

By enrolling your child in classes at Elite Elevation, you consent to your child being photographed or filmed during class and to that content being shared on our social media and marketing materials. This consent applies for the duration of your child's enrollment.

We do not tag students by name on public social media posts. If you have a specific concern about a photo or video that has been shared, please contact us directly at eliteelevationtumbling@gmail.com and we will address it promptly.

8. Parental Consent for Minors

By registering a minor for classes, you - as the parent or legal guardian - provide your consent for that child to participate in Elite Elevation's programs. You also acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy on behalf of yourself and your child.

In the event of a medical emergency during class, Elite Elevation staff will attempt to contact the parent or guardian immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we may seek emergency medical assistance on your child's behalf. By enrolling your child, you authorize this.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on eliteelevationtumbling.com - including text, images, logos, and graphics - is owned by Elite Elevation Tumbling & Gymnastics or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from our site without written permission.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to third-party platforms (such as Jackrabbit Class for registration). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those platforms. Please review their policies before providing any personal information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any damages that result from your use of the site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or enrollment in classes after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Davis County, Utah.
